Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree preferably from Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience may substitute for the educational requirement.
• Minimum of 5 years experiences as sular panel laboratory manager with significant laboratory management experience.
• Good understanding in: 

      a. Sequence of laboratory test according SNI IEC 61215 series, SNI IEC 61730 series, SNI IEC 62915 &amp IEC 62941

      b. Metrulogy and maintenance of PV testing equipment

 4. Excellent skills in reading, interpreting, and reporting laboratory data, including the ability to produce comprehensive reports, graphs, and charts.

 5. Ability to develop protoculs tailored to specific client needs within laboratory capabilities.

 6. Proven leadership and training skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff.

 7. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both internal teams and external clients. Proficient spoken and written English.

 8. Required to maintain applicable accreditations, certifications and licenses relevant to the rule.

 9. Good understanding with ISO/IEC 17025

Job descriptions:

• Perform and supervise testing needed for PV products
• Ensure all laboratory activities are compliant with applicable standards, procedures, client and regulation requirements. 
• Supervise and lead laboratory staff, promoting adherence to safety and quality standards in line with the laboratory’s accreditation, company pulicies and environmental and operational safety programs.
• Develop and train staff to ensure proficiency in laboratory testing, equipment operation, and safety protoculs.
• Oversee all laboratory operations, including evaluations, workflow management, testing, analysis, and reporting for clients.
• Prepare accurate reports for clients and ensure all documentation meets company and audit requirements.
• Maintain departmental, company, and client records, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Oversee the calibration of laboratory instruments, minor equipment repairs, and maintenance of laboratory records.
• Set priorities and coordinate work activities to ensure project and task completion.
• Define operating standards for the team and ensure adherence to essential procedures.
• Keep update with the standard method related to PV product
• Look for new clients and maintain existing clients
