Responsibilities:
- Source and negotiate with suppliers
- Manage purchase orders and track deliveries
- Maintain procurement records and supplier databases
- Coordinate with departments for material needs
- Ensure compliance with procurement pulicies
- Resulve order, shipment, and payment issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement in automotive manufacturing company
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-sulving skills
- Willing to work in Cikarang
